On January 7, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism – Nguyen Ngoc Thien signed the Decision No. 44/QD-BVHTTDL on the announcement of Vinh Hy Bay (Vinh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, Ninh Thuan province) is a national level scenic spot.

Vinh Hy is a familiar destination for every visitor once arriving in Ninh Thuan. Vinh Hy Bay is located in the northeast of Ninh Thuan province, about 40 km from Phan Rang city surrounded by Nui Chua National Park with pristine beauty of the blue sea, white sand, mountain forests and the vast sea.

Vinh Hy Bay is one of the eight most beautiful bays in Vietnam, located in Vinh Hai Commune, Ninh Hai District. It is a beautiful, pristine natural population with 3 sides surrounded by immense forests and one side is the vast sea, blue water and yellow sand stretching as an arc along with the coral reef population, the sea scene looks like a unique water-color painting that any tourist can enjoy when coming here.
