According to this Decision, the photographers who are not members of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists participating in the Contest and winning prizes will be considered for admission to members of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists; Authors who are members of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists participating in the contest and winning prizes will be considered for excellent awards and annual support for composition according to the regulations of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists. /.
