Experience Ca Na steaming anchovies

                 Ca Na beach is located in Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province, about 32km south of Phan Rang - Thap Cham city. At the same time, Ca Na is located on National Highway 1A and Thong Nhat railway forming a "calling sea route" with blue waves, sea breeze, white sand and hills. Worthy of being one of the most beautiful beaches of Vietnam. In addition, this place also has a very famous steamed anchovy dish.

                 Along the two sides of the road, visitors can easily see the colourful and eye-catching rows of dried fish of the sea village with the characteristics of the South Central Coast. When coming here, visitors can witness with their own eyes and experience making steamed fish of the people here. From early May to late September, Ca Na coastal village people are always busy with steaming fishery during the anchovy season.

                 Before steaming fish, it must be soaked in saltwater, then put in the steamer for 4 to 5 minutes, then put out to dry. After 4 to 5 hours of sun exposure, people will choose quality fish to sell to customers.

                 This year, thanks to favourable weather, the Southern fisherman has an anchovy season. When the source of raw materials is abundant, the production atmosphere at the steamed fish kilns is even more bustling. Under the skilful hands of Ca Na residents, anchovies in the oven are firm, fragrant and rich. In the pot, it is soft, imbued with the sweet and salty taste in the pan. The blend of the rustic, simple, and unique flavour of steamed anchovies by the hands of fishermen in the sunny and windy area of Ca Na fishing village has created a brand that attracts diners from all over the country to enjoy, choose to buy as gifts for relatives and friends. This will be a special gift with the salty taste of the sea in Ninh Thuan's hometown.
