According to a World Bank’s survey, Ninh Thuan has the largest wind volume in the country, the whole province has 14 potential wind zones, concentrated in Thuan Bac, Thuan Nam and Ninh Phuoc districts, with average wind speed at an altitude of 65 m reaching 7.25 m/sec.

Especially, My Hoa Beach is an ideal place chosen as the venue for Ninh Chu Kite Surfing 2019. The time of the event is at 14:00 on December 7, 2019. My Hoa is a beautiful beach combined with a unique topography; the coastline is about 5 km long in My Hoa Village, Ninh Hai Commune. In order to contribute to build destinations, promote Ninh Thuan tourism and create a healthy playground, as well as make Ninh Thuan to become an experience destination of Asia, the Provincial People's Committee has allowed Ninh Chu Bay Joint Stock Company to host the Ninh Chu Kite Surfing Event in 2019, a large scale sea sports event with hundreds of international participants from Russia, Korea, Australia, England, Switzerland, the Netherlands... who will participate in the form of individual kite surfing show in My Hoa Beach
