On December 12, 2019, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ninh Thuan organized a Conference on the management, conservation and promotion of the values of cultural heritage in Ninh Thuan province in 2019 and directions and tasks in 2020. There are the attendances of Mr. Ho Si Son, Deputy Director in charge of presiding the conference, leaders and members of provincial, district and city monument management boards. Through the Conference, the Office of Family and Cultural Management - Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism reports on the management, conservation and promotion of cultural values in the province, the comments, and recommendations from local monument management boards.

Through suggestions on the management, conservation and promotion of heritage values, Mr. Ho Si Son concluded the conference, in order to promote the values ​​of intangible cultural heritage and the management and conservation of cultural heritage in the province in 2020, following tasks need to be done well: Continuing to thoroughly grasp and strictly implementing the Party and State's guiding documents on the management, conservation and promotion of cultural heritage values ​​in the province; The renovation and repair of monuments must comply with the decentralization and guidance of functional agencies and related units to preserve the original element of the monument, improve the effectiveness of conservation and embellishment; Promoting socialization, calling for contributions in various forms (funding, labor days...) of organizations and individuals, especially of the People; Coordinating in the construction of heritage documents to request ranking, certification, and making excellent artisans' files of proposals for the 3rd-2020; Developing inventory plan of relics in the province.

There were also the awards of merit certificates to 10 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritage at the Conference.
